However, if you design your own websites, here is my story.

 

I have been a customer of UK2.net services for a number of years. I stopped hosting with them when I found that the prices for renewals was far greater than those for new customers. With automatic billing, I could have easily fell for the trap. BUT I didn't want to do that, so I switched to manual renewal and called them when the renewal was due. Guess what, I saved over £100 each year.

 

But this was not a good way to work and I decided to look elsewhere. Again, I searched on the "top 10 best hosting suppliers" websites but they all either whittled down to a few of the normal recommendations (UK2, Go Daddy etc.) but I wasn't taking that.

 

After quite a few hours search I found a supplier who has:

• Good value (can't be beat for hosting)
• No contract or set up fees
• Excellent support (5 min response by email at midnight!)
• Fast servers (SSD)
• Easy to use cPanel
• UK based

 

So I thoroughly recommend THESE chaps.
